We deliver across the UK using Royal Mail first class untracked service which aims to deliver in 1-2 days and this might include a Saturday delivery. There are no express or tracked delivery options at this stage.

 

If for some reason, Royal Mail is unable to delivery your item(s), it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the return item(s) we will email you with options to have the good/goods refunded or re-delivered.   

 

Please note that some orders might take a little longer to arrive than usual, due to Coronavirus-related absences. However, the situation might change and so therefore will ours. If they do, we will revise our delivery terms here. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

We deliver internationally using Royal Mail first class untracked service which aims to deliver in 7-10 days and this might include a Saturday delivery. There are no express or tracked delivery options at this stage.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

FREE UK Returns via Post (Royal Mail)

 

All our online orders are eligible for full refunds. In order to be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in the condition it was received within 30 days of receipt.

 

Repack your item(s) along with the dispatch note and return your order with Royal Mail at your local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service point.
